With just four weeks to go until the EA Masters takes place, a new celebrity speaker has been announced.

This year’s theme, ‘Dare to Win’, focuses on how all businesses must embrace risk and change to succeed in this ever-evolving landscape. The event will be presented by BBC The One Show’s Alex Jones, alongside long-time EA Masters host Lucia Fox.

Jason “Foxy” Fox, HM Special Forces and star of SAS: Who Dares Wins, will be joining the line-up, sharing insights from his book, Embrace the Chaos, and offering more than 50 tactics to navigate challenges. He will join Alex Jones to discuss growth mindset, human performance and building resilience.

This year, the Conference will take on a new format, reminiscent of a TV chat show. It will feature sofa-style interviews with industry leaders, audience interaction, film clips, advertisements and four keynotes on topics vital to the future of estate agencies.

Peter Knight, founder of EA Masters, said: “We are now in our 22nd year of delivering the EA Masters Conference and this time we are focusing on the major shifts in customer experience and expectations.

“The Conference will provide an insightful and in-depth look at how agents can get out of their comfort zones and take smart risks to elevate their offering and stay ahead of the competition. The engaging sessions throughout the day will look at business models, current issues, solutions and market facts, offering agents everything they need to succeed in today’s ultra-competitive market.”

Alongside this, EA Masters will present the Innovation & Improvement Awards, celebrating the 10 biggest innovations in the industry.

Conference-only tickets can now be purchased here for £150 plus VAT per ticket. Thanks to EA Masters’ principal partner, OnTheMarket, the first 50 tickets will be buy one get one free for OTM members.

EYE is the trade news partner of the EA Masters.

Entries for the Innovation and Improvement Awards now open for EA Masters 2024
