Chestertons, one of London’s oldest sales and lettings agents, has acquired W Property Consultants, a boutique online lettings agency that manages a large portfolio of rental properties across the capital.
Set up by London-born business partners Wai Yee Shing and Wai Yee Tang in 2018, after successful careers in Hong Kong, W Property Consultants has steadily grown its portfolio and serves a wide range of landlord clients, many of whom are based in Hong Kong.
