said late Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Mario Marte has decided to retire, effective July 28. Chief Accounting Officer Stacy Bowman has been appointed interim CFO while the specialty retailer searches for a permanent CFO. Shares of Chewy dropped 1% in the extended session after ending the regular trading day down 7.5%.
