An estate agency in Teignmouth is aiming to spread some Christmas cheer in the local community after launching a special Christmas list delivery service.
Children keen to send their wish lists to Santa can now post them in a dedicated letterbox outside the Teignmouth branch of Dart & Partners in The Triangle.
Adding to the festive magic, Father Christmas has promised to personally reply to all letters that include a return address, provided they are posted before Monday, December 22.
Replies are expected to arrive by Christmas Eve.
