ROK Marsh expands with new hires

Mark Ferguson

Portsmouth-based ROK Marsh is branching out into the Chichester region, with a view to covering locations from Emsworth to Rowlands Castle.

The company, which primarily focusses on Hilsea area of the city, will target both sales and letting in West Sussex, after expanding its team with three new recruits, including experienced estate agent Marc Ferguson.

Ferguson, who has relocated to Chichester, after living in Emsworth for eight years, said: ‘It’s [ROK Marsh] a great company to be a part of and hopefully with my help we can build a strong name for ourselves in the Chichester area and beyond.’ Marc has over 20 years experience in property in the UK and internationally.

He will be working alongside Caitlin Gillman, whom he will be showing the ropes and who will be assisting him in the expansion into Chichester.

Lucy May

ROK Marsh director Matt Marsh commented: ‘Marc is an absolute asset to our team and branching out with the help of Marc’s expert knowledge and skill means that we will be able to continue building the brand here in Portsmouth, while creating a strong presence further afield. We hope this will be the start of a strong partnership with Marc and a bright future for ROK Marsh.’

The company has also hired Lucy May, as new sales and letting property manager, to help support growth in the agency sector.

May has just over eight years of estate agency experience.

Tim Buckley and James French join Radstock Property

Radstock Property, which was started by ex-Douglas and Gordon colleagues George Franks and Alexander Leschallas in July 2020, has appointed Tim Buckley as a senior negotiator for the south west London based estate agency.

Buckley was formally a director of Douglas and Gordon, before running his own agency, which he eventually sold to Savills.

James French, who has worked as an estate agent in Putney for more than 35 years, has also joined the Radstock team.

George Franks commented: “The addition of Tim and James to the Radstock Partnership, sticks firmly to our belief that experience and a bespoke, tailored service, will ultimately ensure the best results financially and service wise, for our clients.”
