Knight Frank announces new head of Sales in Knightsbridge

Knight Frank has appointed Roly Ingleby-MacKenzie as head of sales in its flagship Knightsbridge office.

Ingleby-MacKenzie, a partner in the firm, has been at Knight Frank for eight years. Joining as a sales manager in the Chelsea office in 2016, he then moved to fulfil the same role in Knightsbridge in 2018, before moving into prime and super-prime sales in Knightsbridge in 2021.

Ingleby-MacKenzie, who holds the Knight Frank record for the highest number of exchanged sales handled in a year, for his performance in 2022/23, will now be responsible for overseeing the sales office on Sloane Avenue, driving market share and managing the team of negotiators.

He commented: “I am incredibly excited to step into the role of Head of Sales at Knight Frank’s flagship Knightsbridge office, a market in which I’ve honed my expertise over more than a decade. This office has an outstanding reputation, and I’m proud to take on the baton, working alongside our dynamic team to build on its legacy and drive further growth.

“With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving consistent results across all market sectors, I am confident that we can further solidify our position as the leading agent for ‘best in class’ properties in Knightsbridge. New director joins Savills 

Emily Slupek

Savills has further strengthened its building & project consultancy (BPC) team with the appointment of Emily Slupek as a director in the project management team in Oxford.

Slupek is an experienced project manager with more than 20 years’ experience in the built environment and has a considerable track record in complex development projects in the science and technology sector.

Slupek, who joins from Bidwells where she led the Oxford project management team, will be tasked with leading and growing the Savills Oxford project management team, working collaboratively with project management teams in Cambridge, London and Savills Science.

Simon Collett, Head of BPC at Savills, said: “Emily has worked on significant and notable projects across the Oxford market and we are delighted to welcome Emily to the team to lead on client projects and grow our market share.”

Slupek added: “I’m proud to have this opportunity to help deliver more critical space to meet the market demands in Oxford. I’m looking forward to working with the team in Oxford and the wider Savills business to deliver excellent results for our clients.”

 

LiveMore appoints David Wilson as COO

David Wilson

LiveMore, the mortgage lender for people aged 50 to 90 plus has appointed David Wilson to chief operating officer (COO).

Wilson joins from Barclaycard UK where he was director of operations, accountable for service delivery to 18 million customers and enabling a 23% market share.

As COO at LiveMore, Wilson’s role is to ensure the company’s operational effectiveness as it moves through a phase of accelerated growth.

He will focus on scaling the company’s operations, aligning cross-functional teams, optimising processes and driving execution to meet the firm’s ambitious business goals.

Wilson said: “I consider myself extremely fortunate to have joined an amazing team of super talented individuals who care deeply about the huge social value impact that LiveMore is able to deliver on a daily basis. The firm has a well-articulated and intelligent business model that focuses on leveraging technology to address a clear and scalable social challenge.”
