David Lee joins Harding Green

David Lee

David Lee has joined Harding Green and is launching a team in The Wirral.

This is one of three North of England teams Harding Green is launching at the end of 2024, with another to be announced in the coming months.

Lee was formerly the head of sales for Hamptons in Kensington, and before that, he worked with Pastor Real Estate and Foxtons. He plans to operate across sales, buying and lettings.

Lee said: “Having spent nearly 20 years working for some of central London’s most successful estate agencies, I am thrilled to embrace a new challenge for Harding Green as an independent broker based in the North West of England. Having recently relocated back to my hometown of The Wirral, the Harding Green model allows me to work for myself and offers a unique opportunity to build my own team of brokers in the North.”

Harding Green’s CEO, Nick Carter, commented: “I am delighted David has joined Harding Green with years of experience in senior management and running teams. I have known him personally for over ten years and know he is an outstanding agent with a great industry reputation. I am very much looking forward to working with David over the next year as we plan to roll out our operation into The Wirral. He knows many of the agents within our business, and we are extremely fortunate to have him on board.”
