John Brewer joins Move as new MD
Gloucestershire-based Move Estate Agents has appointed John Brewer as its new managing director.
Brewer will oversee the offices in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Worcester.
He said: “Move Estate Agents has a reputation for delivering exceptional service to its clients, and I’m thrilled to be joining such a respected and established company.
“I’m excited to lead the team and build on the company’s success, delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.”
As part of his vision for the company, Brewer plans to expand Move Estate Agents’ service to better serve the needs of landlords and tenants, while maintaining the company’s commitment to customer service.

Middleton Advisors welcomes Edward Sainter
Edward Sainter has joined Middleton Advisors’ Country team and is looking after the region extending from Southern Oxfordshire including Oxford, east through the Chilterns and up through the Northern Home Counties to Beaconsfield and Aylesbury.
For 17 years Sainter has worked as an estate agent, often transacting privately across West London’s prime postcodes such as Richmond and Notting Hill.
He said: “I always focus on delivering the best outcomes for clients. Throughout my career, I’ve been careful to work for a small number of prestigious names with a strong service ethic. Now I am fortunate to be at Middleton where service is front and centre of the business, and the bar is set incredibly high in terms of diligently applying the company’s core principles.”

Senior head of letting appointed at Midlands-based SevenLiving
SevenLiving, the lettings platform by SevenCapital Group, has announced the appointment of James Dunn as senior head of letting.
Launched in 2019, SevenLiving is a full service residential lettings provider specialising in assured short term tenancy (AST) agreements,.
Dunn joins the business from Leaders Romans Group with over 12 years’ experience of the letting sector.
After starting his career at his family owned property firm, Dunn has since gone on to build up an impressive CV working prominently for full service property solutions company, Centrick.
In his new position as senior head of Lettings at SevenLiving, Dunnwill be responsible for overseeing and refining the businesses current process and system efficiencies, as well as onboarding new client portfolios.
Dunn commented: “I am joining at a very exciting time for the business as we look to relaunch our assured shorthold tenancies offering for new and existing landlords during the peak in the market which has seen every property which we are bringing to market receiving record levels of interest.”
