Alice Bullard promoted to CEO of Nested amid leadership transition

Alice Bullard

Nested has announced that Alice Bullard has been promoted to CEO of the company. She has been leading the self-employed estate agency business as managing director since June 2022, and founder Matt Robinson has now officially handed over the CEO title.

Bullard has been with Nested for seven and a half years, and the company says she has played a major role in shaping the company’s growth and culture.

So far this year, Nested has onboarded partners to the platform in Essex, Kent, Sussex, London, Hertfordshire, Shropshire, Hampshire, Yorkshire, and the Scottish Highlands, with more agents lined up to join the self-employed estate agency platform.

Matt Robinson, founder of Nested, commented: “Under Alice’s leadership, in 2024 we increased our revenue by 67%. Given the significant growth Nested has achieved over the past 12 months and her exceptional leadership, it is only fitting to formalise her role accordingly.”

Bullard added: “Over the past seven and a half years at Nested, the biggest lesson I’ve learnt is to never underestimate myself. I’ve been extremely fortunate to work with amazing people who have taught me so much along the way – those who’ve challenged me, pushed me out of my comfort zone, and helped me grow beyond what I ever thought possible.

“Working alongside the Nested HQ team and our partners, I feel incredibly proud to be surrounded by people who consistently break through the glass ceiling instead of settling beneath it.”

Andrew Grant has joined Fisher German

Andrew Grant

Andrew Grant has joined Fisher German as a consultant after a 50-year career running his own estate agency in Worcestershire.

The experienced estate agent has been appointed to help Fisher German expand its business across the Midlands and beyond.

Grant, who founded Andrew Grant Estate Agents in Worcester in 1971, aims to leverage his extensive network of contacts built over the years to help Fisher German to secure more work and attract potential new buyers for its high-end country properties, as well as across other service lines.

He said: “When selling high-end property, which can often sit on the market for a long time, having a pool of potential buyers who you know might be interested in the property you’re selling is crucial to success.

“I know the Worcestershire property market like the back of my hand thanks to having my own agency for more than 50 years, and through my professional and charitable work I have built-up a great network of excellent contacts all over the country, so I am well-placed to help Fisher German and their clients.

“And with my CLA connections, I am hopeful of introducing further work to Fisher German’s planning and development teams too.

“Fisher German’s ambitious growth plans and its strong connections to Worcestershire and the wider Midlands were very attractive to me, and I hope I can help play an important role in its future success.”

Stuart Flint, Divisional Managing Partner for Agency at Fisher German, added: “Having an agent like Andrew on board is invaluable to us as we look to grow further.

“The network Andrew brings to Fisher German will be incredibly useful as we look to generate new leads or find buyers for some of our most eye-catching properties.

“He has already hit the ground running by bringing in some excellent prospects, and we’re delighted he is now part of the team.”
