Jared Kilgarriff appointed as lettings regional director at John D Wood & Co.

John D Wood & Co in London has announced the appointment of Jared Kilgarriff as lettings regional director for central London.

In this key role, Kilgarriff will drive the lettings strategy across the region, reinforcing the strength of the John D Wood & Co. brand and supporting its growth ambitions.

Kilgarriff brings with him 23 years of extensive experience in lettings. Prior to joining the business, he was a Partner at Knight Frank, where he managed the South Bank region and before this, he was a director at Kensington-based Mountgrange Heritage.

Polly Ogden Duffy, MD at John D Wood & Co. commented: “Jared’s wealth of experience in the new build market and his work with overseas landlords, as well as his dedication to providing exceptional client care, makes him the ideal candidate to lead this pivotal part of our business.

“We are excited to welcome Jared as he brings not only deep expertise but also a clear vision to propel our Central London offices forward and further fortify our Prime Central London offering.”

Kilgarriff added: “The strong reputation of the brand has long impressed me, and I look forward to continuing to increase market share. It is an incredibly exciting time to be part of PCL – 2025 is well and truly picking up pace and I am eager to hit the ground running.”

 

Redcliffe Homes announces appointment of new chief operating officer

Redcliffe Homes has announced the appointment of Jon Burcombe as chief operating officer, a position newly created as part of their ambitious expansion plans. This strategic change in company structure is part of the housebuilding firm’s expansion plans.

Redcliffe Homes says that it has restructured its leadership team to better manage the complexities of housebuilding.

Tom O’Connor, chief executive of Redcliffe Homes, commented: “Jon’s wide experience of housebuilding, commercial acumen, and the high regard and respect he holds made him the obvious choice for this role. I have no doubt he will bring an energy and focus to the position propelling the business towards its next phase of growth.”

Burcombe added: “Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional homes and creating vibrant communities. I look forward to leading our operations and ensuring we achieve our ambitious growth targets.”
