Savills welcomes new head of residential sales in Reigate

Holly-Ann Sibley

Savills has appointed Holly-Ann Sibley as its new head of office and residential sales in Reigate.

Sibley joins the Reigate team having worked within the residential sales team at Savills Haywards Heath.

Prior to joining Savills, Sibley was an associate at Knight Frank in Tunbridge Wells and she has worked in the property industry in the south east for the last 12 years.

Sibley joins David Reynolds and Fiona Pertwee in the residential sales team, who have both lived and worked within the property industry in Reigate for many years.

In her new role, Sibley will be working closely with colleagues in surrounding Savills offices including Sevenoaks and Guildford, as well as the wider regional network and the country department, based in London. Between them, the team covers all aspects of the property market in Reigate and the surrounding area, including residential sales, lettings and new homes, from town apartments to significant country homes in local villages.

“I am so pleased to have been appointed to lead the excellent team here in Reigate and am excited to continue to grow our presence in the town and its surrounds,” said Sibley. “I look forward to working closely with the team and colleagues across the wider region to deliver excellent results for our clients.”

Will Peppitt, head of south east residential at Savills, commented: “With her expertise, enthusiasm and excellent track record, Holly is a very welcome addition to the experienced team in Reigate. I am confident that with her appointment, we will continue to build on our strong performance in the area.”

HBF appoints three senior homebuilder executives to its board

Mark White

The Home Builders Federation (HBF) has strengthened its Board with the appointment of three senior industry figures representing the broad industry spread of its membership.

Dean Finch, chief executive of Persimmon Homes; Greg Hill, deputy chief executive of The Hill Group, and Mark White, managing director of Bargate, represent very different types and sizes of housebuilding businesses.

These changes follow the retirement from the HBF board of John Tutte, chairman of Bellway, who steps down after ten years of dedicated service.

Stewart Baseley, chairman of the HBF, said: “We are delighted to welcome Dean, Greg and Mark to the HBF Board. Each brings extensive experience, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of the sector at both regional and national levels. Their collective expertise will be invaluable as we continue to advocate policies that support sustainable growth, housing delivery, and a fair planning system.

Greg Hill

“At the same time, we extend our sincere thanks to John Tutte for his outstanding contribution to HBF and the wider industry. His leadership and wise counsel have been greatly appreciated and will be missed.”

Mark White, Managing Director of Bargate, said: “Being welcomed onto the HBF Board is a proud moment and a privilege of my 30-year career in housebuilding. SMEs are so vital to the health, diversity, and prosperity of the industry, and by working alongside fellow HBF Directors, the specific challenges can be amplified and tackled. Navigating the complexities of the UK’s new homes sector relies on a supportive culture, which the HBF is so brilliant at being at the forefront of.”

Dean Finch

Greg Hill, deputy chief executive, The Hill Group, commented: “I’m honoured to join the HBF at such a pivotal time for our industry. With an ambitious agenda at the heart of government to deliver the step change in delivery of sustainable new homes that are so desperately needed, the role of the HBF is as critical as ever. I look forward to working alongside my fellow board members to make sure the voices of all housebuilders, large or small, are heard. Together, we can help shape policies that foster innovation, drive sustainability, and support the delivery of much-needed homes to the communities across the country.”

Dean Finch, chief executive of Persimmon Homes, added: “I am delighted to be joining the HBF board. I look forward to working with Stewart, Neil, and the rest of the board to advocate for the positive and important role our industry has in delivering the government’s priorities and providing the crucial homes our country needs.”
