Knight Frank’s Jack Mogridge joins United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty

Jack Mogridge

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Jack Mogridge from Knight Frank as senior sales director (Consultant).

With over a decade of experience in Marylebone’s prime residential market, Mogridge brings plenty of expertise having started his career with Foxtons. He later joined Knight Frank.

Mogridge commented, “Prime real estate is an incredibly rewarding venture — we’re entrusted with one of the most significant chapters in a person’s life, a privilege I have embraced for the past 11 years. Joining a team of highly accomplished brokers who are innovative, driven, and passionate has been immensely inspiring.

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty represents a natural progression for me, thanks to its client-centric ethos and steadfast commitment to excellence. I believe the firm’s values, exceptional team, and heritage not only nurture my ambitions but also provide the platform my clients deserve. It’s an honour to be part of such an esteemed brand, and I look forward to contributing to its continued success.”

New director of lettings for Felicity J Lord

Mariella Petralia

Felicity J Lord has promoted Mariella Petralia to area lettings director for its London branch network, just 18 months after she returned to the brand.

Petralia originally worked for Spicerhaart for 15 years before leaving to run the lettings division of Leggett immobilier in London, where she worked for five months. She rejoined Felicity J Lord in 2024 to head up the Stoke Newington branch.

Petralia will now oversee lettings across all Felicity J Lord branches in the capital.

She said: “Coming back to Spicerhaart felt like coming home. I’m proud to be part of a business that invests in its people and has such ambitious growth plans.”

Petralia will also play a key role in developing new talent through the recently launched Spicerhaart Academy, designed to fast-track careers in property.

Spicerhaart’s managing director of Lettings, Satwant Basi, said: “Mariella has exceptional industry insight and a genuine passion for people – she’s exactly the kind of leader we need to grow our London lettings business.”

Glyn Hooson-Owen Appointed Head of Real Estate, Isle of Man, at Partners

Glyn Hooson-Owen

Partners Real Estate has announced the appointment of Glyn Hooson-Owen as head of real estate for the Isle of Man.

Hooson-Owen’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the business following the unification of three respected agencies – Property Wise, Harmony Homes and Plum Properties – under the Partners brand.

Hooson-Owen, a former professional rugby player, said: “It’s a real privilege to join Partners at such a key moment. We’re building on the legacy of three trusted local agencies and now have the opportunity to move forward as one strong, united team.

“My focus is on growing the business, supporting our people, and delivering the outstanding service our community expects and deserves.”

Brendan Beeken, co-founder and chairman of Partners, added: “Glyn is the right person at the right time. He shares our values, knows the Island inside and out, and brings the leadership we need to accelerate our real estate ambitions.

“My Partners co-founder Roy [O’Connell] and I are excited to support him as we continue building on the great work already done by the team. The future is bright.”
