Strutt & Parker names Zach Madison as new director in London

Zach Madison

Strutt & Parker has announced the appointment of Zach Madison as a director in London, the latest in a series of prime central London appointments made by the estate agency in recent weeks.

Madison joins the firm from UK Sotheby’s International Realty where he spent two years, prior to this he spent over a decade at Savills.

He will be covering markets across Marylebone, Regents Park, Little Venice and Primrose Hill, working alongside Strutt & Parker’s existing network of offices and agents, and extending the firm’s coverage of prime markets in North West London.

Madison commented: “Joining Strutt & Parker’s London team at this stage of its expansion is an exciting opportunity as I extend the business into markets I have built my career in, and that I know so well. With two decades of experience in this industry, I’m delighted to be joining a business whose culture and approach aligns so closely with my own, and under leadership that will ensure success.”

Madison’s appointment as director follows that of Toby Downes, director, and Andrew Chambers, director, who joined Strutt & Parker in November. In recent months other key hires have included Minnie Stainrod, associate in super prime lettings, Claire Reynolds as UK head of sales, and Gary Higgins as managing director.

Claire Reynolds, UK Head of Sales at Strutt & Parker, commented: “Zach is one of the biggest names in North West London’s prime and super-prime markets. He is renowned for his exceptional service, client loyalty, stellar track record and truly encyclopaedic knowledge of the markets in which he operates. He will be instrumental as we grow into new markets, and his reputation and approach to business plays perfectly into our strategy”
