Sourced recruits Martin Bunney to head up new mergers and acquisitions team

Martin Bunney

Sourced has appointed highly experienced acquisitions consultant Martin Bunney to push forward with its new mergers and acquisitions programme.

Prior to joining Sourced, Bunney was acquisitions director for the Belvoir Group for 10 years.

“During my time with Belvoir I oversaw 154 franchisee acquisitions and 140 resales,” said Bunney. “I’m delighted to now be working with Sourced, a highly progressive business led by founder and CEO Stephen Moss.”

Sourced has put together an experienced, dedicated new acquisitions team, which includes Sourced brand manager Sarah Byrne.

Moss commented: “Acquisitions are a fast-track way for franchisees to have an instant local presence, immediate recurring income and will accelerate business expansion much quicker than pure organic growth. Within 12 months of joining Sourced, franchisees will have the opportunity to acquire another fully funded lettings’ business, with access to all the necessary support and training to ensure continuity and stability during ownership transit and beyond.”
