Strutt & Parker announces refreshed residential leadership team

L-R: Kate Eales, Anna Ambrose, James Gow

Strutt & Parker has made two senior promotions and a strategic new hire to help strengthen the residential division.

The estate agency has appointed a deputy head of Residential, a head of London sales, and a national head of lettings. The three new roles will manage the firm’s network of over 50 UK offices.

Following seven years with Strutt & Parker, Kate Eales will be taking on a new role as Deputy Head of Strutt & Parker’s Residential business. Kate joined the firm in 2016 to lead the National Lettings team, before becoming Head of Regional Agency in 2020. She has been instrumental in building the strength of the Strutt & Parker brand and its people, as well as driving forward the regional network of offices through a changing marketplace.

Gow becomes head of London sales where he will oversee the sales teams for Strutt & Parker’s nine Prime Central London locations. He has been with Strutt & Parker for over 16 years, and was a founding member of the firm’s Kensington office. He is highly regarded in the industry for his considerable experience acting on behalf of charities, institutions and family offices as well as a significant number of private clients.

Completing the leadership line-up is the appointment of Anna Ambrose as national head of lettings. She brings with her 18-years’ experience within the sector, including 14 at Marsh & Parsons, and a track record of delivering growth.

Guy Robinson, head of residential agency at Strutt & Parker, commented: “The residential property market is constantly evolving. To ensure we continue to deliver exceptional advice and service to our clients, and that our business continues to thrive, we are always seeking new ways to reinforce our reputation in the market through existing and new talent.

“This fantastic trio of new appointments strengthens our offer of innovative real estate solutions at a local, national and international level to our clients. Kate, James, and Anna are all forward thinking leaders, who understand the new challenges of an ever-changing market but with the all-important ability and instinct to identify new opportunities in the face of that change.”

Strutt & Parker continues to develop its teams across the UK and in prime central London including a number of hires in recent months that extend the consultancy’s network. These include the appointment of Sarah James in Hampstead, and Hugh Ball in Hackney & Islington, as well as Alex Taylor in Cornwall.

Jevons will be working closely with colleagues from across the business including members of the private office as well as individuals in residential development sales, commercial, development and various international desks based out of the firm’s nearby global headquarters.
