Strutt & Parker bolsters home counties team with two new appointments
Strutt & Parker has announced the appointment of Emma Creffield (née Smith) as senior associate director in the consultancy’s Ascot & Sunningdale office, alongside Oliver Truelove who joins the Guildford & Horsham office as an associate director.
Creffield’s move sees her return to Strutt & Parker following four years at Savills. She previously worked at Strutt & Parker for four years from 2015, following a 16 year stint at Savills in their Windsor office.

Creffield re-joins the Ascot & Sunningdale team, who cover both residential sales and lettings, alongside new homes. Emma isn’t the only agent to return to the firm in recent months either, with George Jackson-Stops making the move back to head up residential sales for the Fulham office last month.
Strutt & Parker’s Guildford & Horsham office, led by Ken Roberts, also welcomes new joiner Oliver Truelove this week. He has previously held roles at London estate agencies Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and Goldschmidt and Howland, with a focus on Hampstead and Highgate.
In his new role, Truelove will be working closely with Strutt & Parker’s well-established Surrey teams.

Creffield and Truelove are two of the latest hires in a series of appointments made by Strutt & Parker in recent months, including Kraig Butler as head of sales in Gerrards Cross, alongside new additions in London.
JLL strengthens prime central London residential team
JLL says it has strengthened its prime central London (PCL) residential team.
Oliver Gibson, who specialises in prime residential development and investment, continues his role as director of residential in prime London.
Mohamed Zaghloul heads up the residential Private Office from JLL’s flagship prime residential agency branch in Mayfair.
Neil Short continues in the role of area director for prime central lettings, overseeing JLL’s lettings offices in Mayfair, Marylebone, Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Kensington.
Neil Moore brings his extensive experience to the role of lettings director for the Mayfair and Marylebone flagship office.
Justine DeWulf, Lettings Manager for Knightsbridge & Chelsea is an experienced
professional in Prime Central London lettings.
Thomas Middleditch, an experienced sales director, leads JLL’s Residential Agency as Director for Kensington.
Francis Woodhead, lettings director for Kensington, leverages over 13 years of experience in the London lettings market.

PropCall expands team with new senior appointment and flurry of promotions
Manchester-based out-of-hours call management service, PropCall, has appointed a new head of operations.
Delila Pipoly steps into the role with plenty of experience and knowledge in operations management within the call centre industry.
Pipoly said: “Though I’ve only been with the company for a little over a month, I’ve already found immense fulfilment in my position.
“As head of operations, my responsibilities revolve around overseeing all operational aspects of the business. This includes managing various departments such as customer service, property management, and resource allocation.

Alongside the new hire, three existing staff members have recently been promoted. Akbar Ul-Haque steps into the position of senior property manager, while Tom Dickens and Sam Eathorne have both been promoted to assistant property managers.
