Connells Group has announced that it has delivered profits before tax of more than £60m in 2024, marking a solid increase in profitability from the previous year.

The agency, which recently announced key leadership changes, with several key figures departing the company, says that its strong performance has generated and delivered outstanding results that reflect its growing position in the property market.

Connells Group has so far released very limited information relating to its performance in 2024. But here is what we do know according to the firm:

+ Over 10% of all UK house listings were handled by Connells Group, underlining its
leadership in the market.

+ Nearly 80,000 property exchanges facilitated, helping thousands of people move into
their new homes.

+ Expansion of its lettings business, now managing more than 125,500 properties.

+ Nearly 550,000 survey and valuation jobs handled, reinforcing Connells Group’s leadership in the property services sector.

Helen Charlesworth, CEO of Connells Group, commented: “I’m thrilled to share that 2024 has been an exceptional year for Connells Group. We have seen impressive growth, both in market share and business performance, and it’s all thanks to the hard work, talent, and dedication of our colleagues. While I’ve only been in the role of CEO for five months, I’ve already witnessed the incredible passion and commitment from our teams.”

Looking ahead to 2025, Connells Group says a continued commitment to colleagues will remain at the core of the business, with
plans to focus on further investment in technology and innovation, ensuring that it stays at the forefront of the industry.

Charlesworth added: “I’m confident that 2025 will be an even more successful year, filled with new opportunities to help even more people into more homes.”
