Olise suffered a bad tear in his hamstring while competing for France in the European Under-21 Championships in June.
The 21-year-old signed a new four-year contract with the club last Friday, ending speculation that he might sign for Chelsea.
Roy Hodgson will also be without Will Hughes and Matheus Franca, as he has been since the start of the campaign.
“Will was the recipient of a really bad tackle when we played Millonarios in Chicago, and that, again, is an injury which is going to take more time than we’ve been able to give him so far”, Hodgson said earlier in August.
Brazilian striker Franca, 21, signed from Flamengo in his native for a fee of around £26million including add-ons earlier this month. But he is yet to be fit enough to feature for Palace or even train with his new teammates.
Speaking last week, Hodgson said: “The young Brazilian boy, Matheus, is still in rehabilitation. We don’t quite know when he will be there for us.”
