Commercial property consultancy Kirkby Diamond has appointed Julian Chappell as partner.

Julian Chappell, partner at Kirkby Diamond

He previously led the national lease advisory team at Cushman & Wakefield, specialising in industrial corporate deals, corporate portfolio transaction management and strategic asset enhancement.

In his new role, Chappell will support the lease advisory and asset management teams, while also working closely with the specialist industrial logistics team.

Mark Hannam, partner and head of lease advisory and asset management at Kirkby Diamond, said: “This is a very exciting appointment as Julian significantly bolsters our lease advisory and asset management offering to clients, while also adding a critical new dynamic to our specialist industrial and logistics team.”

Chappell added: “Being part of such a highly respected and prominent department was key and I am excited by the role.

“I am looking forward to working closely with Eamon Kennedy and the industrial logistics team, and increasing our lease advisory presence in the area with Mark.”
