Cadbury World is putting the power in the hands of its visitors this year, as for the first time ever guests can design its next showstopping chocolate creation.

On top of having their favourite memory honoured in chocolate, the winning creator will also be able to claim the opportunity to visit the attraction for the day and add the finishing touches to their very own design, where they will enjoy an exclusive dining experience and a hamper full of choc-tastic Cadbury goodies.

In the past, Cadbury World chocolatiers have created all sorts of wacky and wonderful creations from chocolate, including a replica of the St. Edward’s Crown to celebrate the King’s Coronation, Birmingham’s iconic Bull and even the historic moon landing scene to mark its 50th anniversary.

However, this summer, things will be a little different, as the attraction is asking visitors to design the next creation themselves, with one condition – the creation must centre around the theme of ‘favourite holiday memory’.

So, whether it’s getting proposed to in front of the Eiffel Tower, enjoying a hot air balloon ride or seeing the Taj Mahal, Cadbury World chocolatiers are on hand to make something spectacular and bring guests memories back to life.

To enter, guests will need to get their pens and pencils at the ready and delve into their imagination to design the next showstopper and submit an image of the finished design. Alternatively, visitors can send in a photo of their favourite holiday memory.

The public can submit their ideas via post or on the Cadbury World website, by June 25th before the chocolatiers shortlist their top four suggestions and an overall winner is chosen on social media before the school holidays in July. The winner is set to be announced on July 3rd.

Gerrard Baldwin, General Manager at Cadbury World, said: “We are super excited to be putting the power in our visitors’ hands for our summer creation this year. People always chat to us about how much they love our chocolatiers’ amazing creations, so we thought it was only fair they got to design one themselves!

“We’ve selected the theme ‘favourite holiday memory’ as these are special moments in our lives, and with this chocolate creation launching ahead of the school summer holidays we thought this was the ideal theme.

“Like the rest of the team at Cadbury World, our chocolatiers can’t wait to see what they’re going to be creating next.”
