Dexters has added nine branches to its fast-expanding London network following the opening of new offices in Blackheath, Brockley, East Dulwich, Honour Oak, Ladywell, Lee, New Cross, Nunhead and Peckham Rye.

There are now more than 80 Dexters offices across London, including 12 in prime central London giving the business a significant network across the capital.

Andy Shepherd, CEO of Dexters, said: “Dexters now has more local offices and a greater presence than any other estate agency in London. With more local offices than any other London chain Dexters has become the capital’s market leader offering an unrivalled personal service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across the city.

“Dexters’ London-wide resources include our corporate lettings and international relocation teams, which gives us global reach with over 10,000 new enquiries from around the world every year.”

Andy Shepherd

Founded in 1993, Dexters is led by CEO Andy Shepherd, working alongside chairman Justin King CBE.

The latest Annual Report and Accounts show the business generating revenue of £143.3m and operating profit of £40.6m with the group currently looking after over 30,000 landlords and facilitating more than 28,000 property transactions across London per annum.

The business was 16% up on new instructions in December 2022 compared to 2021, thanks in part to its growth, and applicant registrations were up by 30% over the festive period, making for a busy start to 2023. Many of these enquiries came from national and international blue-chip companies looking to relocate staff to London.

Dexters, which has over 45,000 Google reviews with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5, has maintained consistent growth, increasing revenue by 15% per year over the last 10 years.
