have reached an agreement that would end their carriage dispute, according to the Wall Street Journal. Disney stations have been dark on Charter’s Spectrum cable service for more than a week, with viewers missing out on U.S. Open and college football coverage. CNBC also reported on the deal, saying that it includes a discounted wholesale price for Disney+ access as well as a marketplace increase for Disney. Charter and Disney didn’t immediately respond to MarketWatch’s request for comment. Disney shares were up 1.4% in morning trading, while Charter shares were up 1.8%.
