Elon Musk’s X, the social-media site formerly known as Twitter, is cutting ad prices in a bid to bring advertisers back to the site, according to the Wall Street Journal late Tuesday. According to emails sent to advertisers viewed by the Journal, X is offering 50% off any new bookings of video ads until July 31, and warning brands that they will lose verified status unless they reach certain spending thresholds.
