Toast Properties has announced its expansion into estate agency complementing the firm’s managed short-term rental business.
Toast Estates, founded by Daniel Albery, is located 2a Renny’s Lane, Durham, and will focus on residential and commercial property sales and lettings.
Albery has spent the past few years working with Toast Stays, formerly Toast Lettings.
The company that started 12 years ago to provide quality short-term managed lettings with the company’s portfolio now more than 150 short-term Airbnb style rentals.
The Toast group of companies then expanded to cover housekeeping, maintenance and interiors to further service the needs of Landlords, and Albery felt that now was the right time to branch into estate agency.
“Our focus on in-house resources means we offer investment clients options on how they run their portfolios and also offer our expertise in the market at large to help sell or let properties,” he explained.
Anthony Cooper, Toast Estates branch manager, added: “The Durham market is buoyant; our aim is to add value at every touchpoint and to be honest with our customers at every stage. We want to help clients seamlessly purchase, rent or sell their properties.”
