The ESTAS has announced the final shortlists for its 2025 Awards, recognising excellence in the property sector.
The categories include The People Awards, Supplier Awards and The Collaboration Awards.
The People Awards category, introduced 14 years ago, celebrates individual staff who go above and beyond in helping clients through the home moving process. Sixty individuals have been shortlisted, with 10 to be honoured at the awards ceremony with a special trophy.
The Supplier of the Year Awards, now in their 15th year, acknowledge suppliers who have received high service ratings from agents using the ESTAS customer review platform. A record 20,000 ratings were submitted this year, resulting in 37 supplier firms making the shortlist. Suppliers will be recognised in sector categories and compete for the overall Supplier of the Year title at the awards ceremony in October.
Phil Spencer, host of the ESTAS, commented: “The products and services provided by suppliers to agencies are an integral part of the customer experience agents deliver to their clients so it’s only right that The ESTAS recognise the contribution those suppliers make to the whole moving experience.”
The Collaboration Award, sponsored by Coadjute, recognises agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers working together to improve transaction times for home movers. Forty firms have been shortlisted.

The 22nd annual ESTAS Awards, sponsored by Reapit, will be held on Friday 17 October at the Grosvenor House in London. The event will bring together over 1,000 agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and suppliers to network and celebrate their achievements.
