Goodfellows, operating in Surrey and South West London, and Oakley Property in Brighton have both announced relocations of their offices.

Goodfellows

Goodfellows, an estate agency with branches across Surrey and South West London, has announced that its Cheam branch is relocating to a new address at 11–13 High Street.

The move provides a more visible and accessible location for clients. The relocation follows a year of growth for the company in the local property market.

“Our success is built on trust, local knowledge, and a passion for helping people find their perfect home,” said Stefan Rojas, sales manager of Goodfellows Cheam. “This move to a prime location is a testament to our team’s hard work and the confidence our clients place in us. We’re thrilled to welcome the community to our new office.”

Oakley Property

Oakley Property has announced that its Brighton & Hove Residential Sales team has relocated from North Road to the company’s 4,000 sq ft. head office on Foundry Street. The move brings all local disciplines under one roof for the first time.

For more than 30 years, Oakley has delivered both residential and commercial sales and lettings, new homes, land and development consultancy, valuation, lease advisory, and property management across Sussex. Integrating the residential team into the head office brings these disciplines together, creating a unified Brighton & Hove offer built on expertise and collaboration.

Residential director, Andy Hovey, commented: “This move brings our teams closer together in a way that allows valuation, sales, new homes, and land specialists to share insight instantly. Brighton & Hove is a complex market that rewards local knowledge and fast, informed decisions. Operating from one hub gives us the environment to deliver that with even greater confidence.”

The move also marks a step forward in Oakley’s long-term vision for a more streamlined and forward-thinking business. Centralising expertise supports stronger collaboration across all disciplines, preparing the company for the next phase of its growth and brand development.

Associate Director, Head of HR, Louise Wilson, added: “Foundry Street represents more than an office for us. It has become the heart of the business. Bringing our people together here reflects the direction Oakley is moving in. We are evolving as a company and investing in our people and our culture to enhance the experience we deliver. This move is an important step towards that future.”

Oakley’s residential and new homes teams will continue to operate across Brighton & Hove, Lewes, and Shoreham-by-Sea, supported by specialist colleagues in lettings, commercial, land and development, valuation, lease advisory, and property management.
