Harding Green has acquired the business assets of The London Broker and, together with its founders, is establishing a new national platform designed to supercharge the broker model across the UK.

The new platform will continue to operate under the London Broker’s respected brand, with significant enhancements now being introduced to strengthen the support available to its agents.

Over the coming months, brokers will benefit from an upgraded platform that includes automated marketing, expanded prospecting tools, AML and compliance management, lettings support, client accounting, property PR, and an integrated cross-referral network. A new equity scheme will also be introduced to enable agents to share in the long-term value created.

This brings together two of the industry’s most experienced teams with one shared ambition: to advance the evolution of top-tier independent agencies and brokers and set a new benchmark for how they are supported.

Nick Carter, CEO of the Group, said: “I am genuinely excited to be working alongside Charlie and Rupert, two of the most respected names in this industry. They have built a brand and a network of brokers that deserve real admiration, and combining their experience with the clear direction we have set for the future creates a strong foundation for what comes next.

“This move represents the beginning of a much larger vision. We have put a clear plan in place, and the full scale of what we are building will become increasingly evident over the course of next year. This is an important moment for independent agency and brokerage in the United Kingdom, and we have significant ambitions to create something that will move the industry forward.”

Rupert Collingwood, founder of The London Broker, commented: “As we began discussing the future direction of The London Broker, it became clear that aligning the business with the operational infrastructure Nick has developed would provide a strong foundation for its continued growth and evolution. Over the past eight years, The London Broker has attracted an exceptional network of experienced brokers. Through our new structure, they will now benefit from a dedicated operational platform designed to support their success.

“I look forward to the next chapter for The London Broker and Harding Green, as well as to the continued evolution of the brokerage model in the UK. On a personal note, I am genuinely pleased to be working closely with a friend I have long respected and admired, as we build an environment where experienced agents across the country can find a model that truly suits their needs.”

Charlie Willis, chairman of The London Broker, added: “The London Broker was created to provide a professional, experience-led alternative to traditional agency models. Over the past eight years, we have built a respected brand supported by a network of highly experienced brokers across sales, lettings and buying. Our focus has always been on discretion, specialist knowledge and delivering a high standard of service to clients in the prime and super-prime markets.

“Working alongside Harding Green allows us to strengthen the support we offer while retaining the independence and identity that are central to The London Broker. The new structure enables us to invest in improved systems, enhance operational efficiency and expand the resources available to our brokers. I am confident that this next stage in our evolution will allow us to continue raising standards for both our brokers and our clients.”
