Estate agency brand, By Design, has launches into four new areas simultaneously.

The areas the company has launched in are Horsham & Haywards Heath, North Cotswolds, Market Harborough, and Stamford & Rutland.

According to founder and CEO, David Lindley, because By Design work on territorial exclusivity, now almost 20% of all the areas in England are sold out.

The four new agent partners shared their views:

Amanda Haworth, MD of By Design in Horsham & Haywards Heat: “I was working as a self employed agent in a premium brand, doing well and building the business, but it was someone else’s business! With By Design I own my own business, with a strategy to scale. Plus, I’ve had a fantastic response from local homeowners and I’m listing some beautiful homes already.”

Craig Sharman, MD of By Design in the north Cotswolds: “I have been working for a brokerage whose branding, marketing and differentiation wasn’t premium enough to resonate with owners of the properties I wanted to sell. By Design has everything I need to launch my premium estate agency, and impress those vendors (and in a beautiful part of the country too!).”

Charlie Sylvanus-Jones

Charlie Sylvanus-Jones, MD of By Design in Market Harborough: “When I reached out to David, I was concerned I had ‘missed the boat’, and could see how lots of territories around me had already been taken. Fortunately, Market Harborough, where I have operated successfully for many years, was still available. I weighed up several options, and I knew By Design was right for my business.”

Nigel Toussaint, MD of By Design Stamford & Rutland: “I had been working for other premium businesses as a self employed agent, but giving away huge chunks of my fee. When I heard about By Design I knew it made sense for me to launch the business where I live and am well connected…whilst keeping 100% of my commission.

“2025 has been a year of growth for the brand’, continues Lindley, ‘launching in 13 locations around the country and our first overseas expansion, with two beautiful new offices in South Africa. We’ve still got some more exciting launches up our sleeve for this year, and I am very excited for what 2026 will hold for the brand.”
