Charles David Casson, a family owned estate agency headed up by Matt and Neil Baldock, have completed the purchase of one of Chelmsford’s oldest letting agencies, First Choice.
The brothers will welcome both the clients and two existing team members into their well-established agency, also based in Chelmsford.
The purchase of First Choice, established in 1991, will add significant value to Charles David Casson’s offering.
First Choice’s Chelmsford City office covers a 20 mile radius area, including; Braintree, Kelvedon, Maldon, Burnham, Wickford, Mountnessing, The Easters, The Rodings, The Hanningfields, South Woodham Ferrers, Hatfield Peveral, Witham, Writtle, Ingatestone, Brentwood, Stock, Danbury and Boreham.
Matt Baldock said ‘’First Choice has been a fixture of the Chelmsford estate agency scene for as long as we have been in the profession so this acquisition is incredibly special to us.’’
Neil Baldock added: “Having known and respected the owner of this business for so many years it’s a real honour that he approached us directly as he felt we were the best fit to carry on looking after his clients.”
