North London-based Anthony Pepe has announced the acquisition of Stonehouse Estates, a local estate agency in Tufnell Park.
The acquisition marks the retirement of business owner Tony Michaels, who has successfully built Stonehouse Estates into a highly respected agency. All existing staff will remain in place and transition to the Anthony Pepe Group.
This strategic expansion increases Anthony Pepe’s lettings and management portfolio and brings the agency’s network to six offices, significantly enhancing its presence in North London and reinforcing its footprint across Tufnell Park, Islington, Archway, and the Camden borders.
For the time being, Stonehouse Estates will continue to operate under its well-established brand, which has served the local community since 1999.
