The Castledene Group, one of the North-East’s leading property groups, has announced the acquisition of Jill Moore Select Properties, a prominent estate agency in the heart of Washington Village.

With 11 branches already in the region, this procurement extends Castledene’s presence in the area and enhances the group’s service offerings.

Jill Moore Select Properties, founded in 2005, has become a trusted name in Washington’s property market.

“We are delighted to welcome Jill Moore Select Properties to the Castledene family,” said Adele Wright, managing director of The Castledene Group. “This is an exciting opportunity for us to strengthen our position in the Washington market. By combining our resources and expertise, we can expand our services and support to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in Washington Village.”

Under the new ownership, Jill Moore will continue to operate under its current name and maintain its experienced team.
