The EA Directors Club dinner, hosted by Matt and Neil Baldock, who own and operate Essex-based estate agency Charles David Casson, will return on 15 February.
The monthly event, which is held in central London, was initially aimed exclusively at estate and letting agency owners and directors, including those under the ‘self employed’ models, with a guarantee of no suppliers, speeches, or sales pitches.
But invites for the dinners, which are hosted on the third Thursday of every month at the Double Tree West End, are now spread to branch managers and operations directors, among other senior company figures.
Matt Baldock said: “When we started the dinners we didn’t really know what we were building, but it’s proven to be an amazing community of like minded people who genuinely want to see others succeed and improve our profession.
“At first the evenings were just for business owners but I want others to benefit from the event too. When we were employed, we had no idea that this world of collaboration existed, so we are opening up the dinner to forward thinking , employed senior agents to show them just how great our industry, and the people within it can be.”
