Mayor Eddie Connor (centre) opens the new branch

Little Estate Agents has opened its second office in Prescot.

The company, which launched its first branch on Bridge Street in St Helens in November 2019, has opened its latest premises on Eccleston Street, L34.

The new office, which was officially opened mayor of Knowsley, Eddie Connor, will help the firm expand and enable it to cover parts of the housing market in Liverpool.

Ryan Little, co-founder of the business, commented: “We’ve hired two extra members of staff as well as setting up our own financial services business which will see our mortgage advisor operate out of both our St Helens and Prescot office.

“Prescot was the ideal location as it allows us to gradually work our way into Liverpool property market.”
