Chestertons Global has outlined an ambitious plan to expand its global presence, with a target of 30 countries by the end of 2025.

The announcement was made during the company’s Global Annual Conference, held at The Address Sky View Hotel in Dubai.

The event, co-hosted by Mohamed Mussa, board member and executive director of Chestertons Global, and Parikshat Chawla, director and head of global operations, brought together members of the Chestertons Global Network and intermediaries.

During the event, the leadership team shared their strategic vision for growth, which includes focusing on emerging and frontier markets such as India, Australia, Portugal, and Iraq. This commitment to expanding into key global markets is central to Chestertons Globals’ objective of becoming a leading player in both established and developing regions for growth.

The expansion will be supported by significant investment in innovation and technology, with Chestertons Global positioning itself to integrate cutting-edge tech, including AI, across its global network. The company also introduced the concept of Chestertons Labs, a new initiative aimed at investing in promising startups and technologies that will further enhance the company’s capabilities in real estate.

Reflecting on the event, Mohamed Mussa, board member and executive director of Chestertons Global said: “Our vision for 2025 and beyond is built on growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships. The global real estate landscape is evolving rapidly, driven by technological advances and shifting market dynamics. Chestertons Global is committed to adapting and leading the way by embracing innovation, expanding into emerging markets, and building resilient, future-ready operations.’’

Parikshat Chawla, director and head of global operations, Chestertons Global, also shared his perspective on the company’s global expansion, saying, “Our focus is on fostering growth through strategic investments in both established and emerging regions. with an emphasis on AI and advanced technology. By expanding into frontier territories in particular, we are ensuring that our business is leading the way in many of the world’s most exciting real estate markets.”

The conference, attended by key leaders and stakeholders in the real estate industry, provided a valuable opportunity for face-to-face collaboration, fostering new partnerships and exploring ways to drive forward the company’s ambitious expansion goals. The day was rounded off with a networking event, including the popular Chestertons Polo in the Park Dubai.

Rafael Noriega recently joined Chestertons Global as chief of strategy and expansion, with more than 20 years of experience in real estate operations and international development is reinforcing the company’s focus on expanding its global presence and achieving its target of 30 countries by 2025.

Looking ahead, Chestertons Global is also planning to host additional global events and conferences, with future gatherings set to take place in locations such as London, Cyprus, and Montenegro, as part of its strategy to increase international collaboration and business development. These plans will position the company to meet its target of 30 countries by 2025, as it continues to provide innovative solutions and exceptional service to its growing international client base.
