Nick Kyriacou, estate agency owner and property professional, has launched a new FCA-regulated insurance brokerage, Insura Group, in collaboration with Demi Shamishis, George Polycarpou, and Andy Christou.

Insura Group operates as a trading name of GAD Corporation Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The brokerage provides insurance services across the property sector, including residential and commercial coverage, with additional support for related industries.

The founding team brings close to 50 years of combined experience in insurance, along with backgrounds in property development, finance, construction, and portfolio management.

Kyriacou, who established north London estate agency Mi Homes in 2016, identified a gap in the market for more integrated insurance services tailored to the needs of property professionals. The launch of Insura Group reflects an effort to streamline access to property-related insurance through a single provider.

The brokerage offers comprehensive buildings insurance for residential, commercial and industrial asset classes, as well as development insurance, covering every stage of the construction lifecycle, from inception to completion, including structural warranties, right of light insurance, legal indemnity, deposit protection, contractors all risk, and new build warranty cover.

Kyriacou commented: “From buildings and contents insurance, to property development protection, as well as equestrian, fleet and business cover. Our mission is to offer a broad selection of insurance products to suit different property types and expert service that means clients can obtain insurance solutions that help them compare and arrange suitable policies, whether they’re homeowners, developers, landlords, or businesses. Our goal is to set a new standard of service and expertise within the industry.”
