Genum Recruitment, a supplier of employees to estate agency brands across the UK for the past 14 years, has rebranded to James & Partners
The London-based company’s evolution is marked by the internal promotion of George Burkitt, one of its longest-standing members, to the position of partner. This pivotal change has spurred a comprehensive rebranding effort, encompassing a new company name, updated branding, and a revamped website.
Burkitt said: “It’s an exciting time for the business. We have had a great start to 2024, and Q2 is looking strong with new clients and existing job demands. Our rebrand will help us further develop into financial and build markets where a lot of our focus is and also attract the top talent within the industry.”
Complementing this leadership, Alex Turnbull joined in 2022 and has brought industry experience to launch a surveying department whilst facilitating operational growth strategies.
Zak James, the company’s founder, commented: “After a significant restructure of the whole business, changing our name to James & Partners gives us the opportunity to recognise the talent within our business and send a clear message to our existing clients and the property industry at large that we are expanding.”
James & Partners has recently transitioned to a remote work model, allowing recruiters to work from home permanently. This shift is supported by three annual trips aimed at team building, a unique coaching system, and an extensive technology-based recruitment platform.
