Estate agency software supplier, Street.co.uk, has released 25 new updates to its CRM.

The updates span various aspects of the sales, lettings and property management platform. From enhancing core workflows to launching brand-new innovations, Street.co.uk’s latest developments aim to will further streamline operations for its clients.

One of the most notable updates is the launch of Street.co.uk’s Listing Performance Reports. This feature benefits from AI to instantly collate and present key statistics and feedback to showcase service value to clients and help them keep customers in the loop on how their property is performing.

With it, agents have instant access to important insights such as key marketing data, AI-summarised viewing feedback, and visualised pricing sentiment. The feature also allows agents to create reports to send to their customers.

Alongside this major update, Street.co.uk announced the release of a dedicated Customer Care workflow. Designed to complement the Listing Performance Reports, this organised table helps agents better manage their workflow and track which clients to send a report next. Complete with advanced filtering capabilities, agents can select by time on market, number of viewings, assignees, and more.

Street.co.uk has also made enhancements to its consumer-facing workflows, including a new feature that gives landlords an improved app and web experience, while speeding up the listing process for agents. It allows landlords to manage listing approvals online, with the ability to review listings, request changes, and confirm portal publishing within their own account.

Developments to Street.co.uk’s Client Accounting workflow were also a key part of August’s product updates. These releases include a refreshed bank accounts page, new tenancies in the credit table, and the ability to add an opening balance for NRL.

As well as this, Street.co.uk’s team also launched:

+ Applicant feedback improvements for buyers

+ New card designs on the property page

+ The ability to add custom payment references

+ Valuation history when creating new valuations

+ Self-service for Know Your Client settings

+ EPC updates to reflect new legislation and portal changes

+ Service level filters to property compliance tables

+ A number of improvements to Bridge, Street.co.uk’s custom-built migration tool

Sreet.co.uk’s product marketing manager, Emma Martin, commented: “August has been a huge month for Street.co.uk, with 25 groundbreaking updates that will benefit both our agents and their clients. These innovations, from AI-powered Listing Performance Reports to streamlined Client Accounting features, underscore our commitment to pushing the boundaries of Proptech and enhancing agent efficiency.
