An estate agency in Watford had its windows smashed by vandals over the weekend.
Rolstons’ office in Watford High Street was left damaged as it had multiple windows smashed over the weekend.
The company had only moved into its new offices around 18 months ago. Herts Police have confirmed that officers are investigating the building’s windows being smashed and enquiries are ongoing.
The estate agency’s owner Paul Gillespie said: “The recent act of vandalism to our busy property showroom at Rolstons estate agents in Watford, which resulted in all our windows being smashed, deeply saddens me.
“Despite the damage caused by this thoughtless and cowardly act of vandalism, the Rolstons team of estate and letting agents are as determined and dedicated as ever to continue business as usual on behalf of its sellers and landlord clients.”
Gillespie added: “Such incidents are disheartening, especially during the festive season, but we remain committed to serving our local community. We would also like to thank our neighbours, friends and clients for their kind words and support.
“It is essential that those responsible face appropriate consequences for their actions to deter future acts of vandalism on our beloved high street. Therefore, I urge anyone who may have seen or heard anything on Sunday night to report it to the police.”
