Estate and lettings agents are being offered an opportunity to earn commission by referring property buyers, sellers, and tenants to Chrysalis Move Management.

The company, which has been launched by removals and storage industry veteran Jane Finch is hoping to make an instant impact by appealing to agents in a bid to win fresh business.

Specialising in working with customers to organise and book their move, Chrysalis Move use removal companies throughout the whole of the UK to undertake the packing and collection from the origin address to the delivery destination.

“Removal companies vary in size, level of experience, skill and price”, said Finch. “No one man and van or removal firm is the same. Just as no single move is the same as another, and therefore the costs of moving can also vary greatly.

“It can therefore be extremely confusing for customers who don’t use a removal company very often, especially when they all say they’re experts at removals.”, she added. “Each company is trying to sell their services and impress the customer, so of course they’re not going to tell the client if they’re not skilled in a certain area!”

Agents can earn commission by referring clients to the Chrysalis Move Management service. Once registered the agent will receive a Unique Referral Code (URC) that can be shared with customers when they are being referred. Agents receive a commission payment for each individual move that gets carried out. Plus, a small percentage of any ongoing storage fees the customers pay if they require that service too.
