Jennie Jones Estate Agents, a long-standing fixture on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast, has welcomed Aarran Ellis as its new owner.
Ellis brings over two decades of experience in estate agency and property technology, including leadership roles at Zoopla, Jupix, and The Lettings Hub.
No stranger to Jennie Jones, Ellis originally joined the company in 2003, where he successfully opened and managed the Saxmundham branch. Since then, his career has spanned senior positions across the property industry, focusing on innovation in property technology and customer service excellence.
Ellis, a former senior sales manager at Zoopla, succeeds Adrian Smith, who, alongside Charles Latham, led the agency for 27 yearsAarran Ellis, expanding its footprint across Southwold, Aldeburgh, and Saxmundham.
Smith reflected on the transition: “Finding the right person to continue Jennie Jones’s legacy was crucial. Aarran’s experience, drive, and understanding of our ethos make him the ideal successor.”
