eXp UK is looking to expand its presence across the country with a UK-wide tour starting on 13 June in Edinburgh, with a further five venues, including York, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, culminating in a final roadshow stop, in central London, on 22 June.
The hybrid estate agency, which recently announced that they have now signed up more than 400 estate agents, is hoping that its model will appeal to event more agents from online, hybrid and traditional agency backgrounds.
eXp UK, which aims to empower its self-employed agents with a range of technology tools and services as well as education and training to help them grow their businesses, has organised a list of guest speakers to join them for all six dates, including well-respected estate agency trainer Richard Rawlings.
Rawlings said: “Raising Fees Instantly” is my most popular estate agency training topic and I’m very excited to be sharing the latest fee-raising material during the eXp roadshow.
“It’s generous of eXp to be hosting this event – even for non-eXp agents – for the greater good of the industry. So, whether or not you’re an eXp agent, do come along it’s free of charge and I promise you’ll walk away charging higher fees than when you walked in. Definitely not to be missed!”
The head of eXp UK, Adam Day, commented: “This year’s roadshow promises to go above and beyond the success of 2022’s event and we’re excited to be visiting a number of new cities to demonstrate the strength and results of the eXp UK proposition.
What’s more, we’ve compiled a line up of outstanding guest speakers, all of whom promise to deliver real insight and value when it comes to what’s required to build your own brand in any business environment.
The first of those is Richard Rawlings and I’m delighted that he has committed to joining us again this year. We’re guilty in the UK of undervaluing what we do and charging low fees because of it.
Since bringing eXp to the UK, it’s become clear that consumers don’t want cheap when it comes to selling their home, they want agents to deliver a service to an exacting standard, and they are happy to pay for it.
It’s why I’m passionate about fee levels and I truly believe that agents in the UK should be, and can justify, charging in excess of 2% commission levels.”
