A new family-run estate agency has opened its first office in the heart of Luton.

McLain’s officially unveiled its headquarters on Guildford Street, LU1, this month, attracting councillors, business leaders and developers to celebrate the launch.

The agency is led by Hafe and Ekrem Mahmutaj, alongside Rana Khunti, and the ribbon was cut by Hafe and Ekrem’s mother, serving as special guest of honour.

A spokesperson for the estate agency told the press: “We’re proud to be building something special here in Luton, connecting UK and overseas investors with genuine property opportunities that create long-term value.

“A huge thank you to everyone who attended, supported, and believed in what we’re creating. This is just the beginning – the best is yet to come.”
