Father and son franchisees Paul and Richard Wallace-Tarry from Belvoir Shrewsbury have successfully completed on the portfolio purchase of rental properties from Martin & Co Shrewsbury; both offices being part of The Property Franchise Group.
Richard joined Belvoir in 2016 after 10 years of estate agency experience in central London and since then has worked at Belvoir Shrewsbury with Paul. He has now moved into the lead role in the business allowing Paul to gradually retire after a second career, in which he won the Belvoir Lifetime Achievement Award in 2021 and, with Richard, the Belvoir Franchise of the Year award in 2024.
Richard Wallace-Tarry commented: “We are also thrilled that Lindsey Medley, the previous owner of Martin & Co Shrewsbury, has joined our team as a business development manager to oversee the transfer of properties and focus on the further growth of our estate agency business.
