An estate agency in Somerset has opened the doors of its first office.
Hewlett Homes, which launched in March last year, covers the areas of Clevedon, Yatton, Weston-super-Mare and surrounding areas.
The family-run business, set-up by father and son duo, Damian and Brandon Hewlett, has operated with staff working from home – until now.
The new office, located on 101A High Street in Worle, has officially opened, with a launch event held in which existing and potential customers were able to pop along and learn more about the agency.
Since launching, the firm has primarily used social media to win business.
Damian, an experienced estate agent, said: “We used social media to set ourselves apart. Other Estate Agents have followed this.
“There’s a nice community in Worle.”
The team, which also includes Damian’s wife, Rebecca, who has the role of move manager, were originally planning to set up their first office further up in North Somerset.
However, after the company took off well in the Weston area, the plan changed.
Damian explained that the company can operate flexible hours to suit the needs of busy residents: “We make an effort to be available.”
