Southernbrook Lettings, the south coast based independent letting only agency, has continued its rapid growth with a fourth acquisition in 18 months.
Following its successful takeover of David Seymour’s of Gosport, Fareham & Portsmouth and Cocoon Lettings in Kingston & Guildford, as well as Keats Lettings, with a significant residential portfolio covering the towns of Haslemere, Guildford and Liphook, Southernbrook has acquired the well-established portfolio of brite-move lettings and management Hampshire based in Lee-on-Solent.
This latest purchase extends Southernbrooks substantial portfolio across the Portsmouth, Gosport, Lee on Solent and Havant areas therefore providing a solid footprint for a further office to come, according to Southernbrook group managing director Louis Musgrove.
