Southernbrook Lettings, the south coast based independent letting only agency, has continued its rapid growth with its third major acquisition in 14 months.

Following its successful takeover of the established David Seymour’s of Gosport, Fareham & Portsmouth and Cocoon Lettings in Kingston & Guildford it has now completed the purchase of Keats Lettings.

The acquisition of Keats, which has a significant residential portfolio covering the towns of Haslemere, Guildford and Liphook, will allow Southernbrook to grow its presence in the Surrey area after already doing so in Sussex and Hampshire.

Louis Musgrove, Southernbrook group MD, said: “We are incredibly proud and excited to be merging with Keats Lettings, this expansion will give even more landlords, tenants, and estates access to our state of art system management and maintenance platforms and provide a footprint for future growth.”
