Fine & Country’s Fylde Coast team

Fine & Country has announced the latest addition to its UK network.

Fylde Coast is home to the estate agency’s newest location. The office is headed up by Paul Hardy, sales manager.

The team at Fine & Country Fylde Coast will focus on the more affluent areas of Lytham St Annes and Poulton-le-Fylde, where the average house price is approximately £330,000.

Hardy shared his enthusiasm for the launch: “Our team of professional estate and letting agents is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for those looking to buy, sell, or rent premium properties in this stunning region. With our local knowledge, innovative marketing technologies, and the support of an international brand, we are confident in delivering exceptional results for our clients.”

The Fine & Country Fylde Coast office operates as a hybrid model, with a core team of experienced professionals, including managing director Johnathan Parkinson, chairman Colin Bury, operations director Charlotte Mortimer, and lettings director Natalie Taylor.

Hardy added: “Partnering with Fine & Country allows us to provide clients with not only local expertise but also the prestige and reach of a national and international brand. This is a game-changer for the Fylde Coast property market.

“We’re particularly eager to showcase the many exciting opportunities here, from seafront apartments to large traditional homes, as well as the growing number of new-build developments. This isn’t just about selling homes; it’s about creating lasting relationships with our clients and helping them achieve the best possible outcomes. We’re excited to make a difference in the Fylde Coast and beyond.”

Jonathan Handford, interim managing director at Fine & Country, commented: “The addition of Fylde Coast to the Fine & Country network is a fantastic move for our brand. This is an area with incredible potential, and Paul and his team bring a wealth of experience and passion to the network. I am confident they will uphold the high standards of service and excellence that Fine & Country is renowned for.”
