Fine & Country has launched a new marketing campaign centred around being ‘the most recommended national estate agency brand amongst consumers’.

The company refers to the brand’s ‘outstanding customer satisfaction’ which has been revealed in new analysis of YouGov data conducted by marketing consultancy, unchained.marketing. It involved more than 21,000 respondents and provided insights into customer sentiment within the estate agency industry as of July 2023.

Fine & Country adds that the survey, which attracted an average of 700 respondents per brand, has resulted in a profound understanding of consumer preferences and perceptions.

The Net Recommendation Score (NRS), akin to the Net Promoter Score (NPS), was formulated by calculating the percentage of respondents who would recommend a specific brand, while taking out those who would not; Fine & Country ranked number one with a net recommendation score of 76%. See below.

“We are immensely proud of the recognition Fine & Country has received through the YouGov data analysis,” said Nicky Stevenson, MD of Fine & Country. “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and this outstanding Net Recommendation Score reflects the hard work and dedication of our network to consistently provide exceptional service and experiences. We are excited to leverage this achievement to further elevate our brand’s reputation and connect with even more potential clients.”

Shocking! The real estate brands that customers would recommend – or not
