Fine & Country has taken a significant step in its global expansion by signing a master license agreement for Dubai. The master license has been acquired by the husband and wife team, Michael and Agnes Heming.

Hitting the ground running, they have already signed two sub-licensees, Tillmann Kloss, who will be focusing on off-plan sales and Asem Bizrah, who will run Fine & Country Dubai Palm Jumeirah.

The decision to enter the Dubai market is driven by extensive observation and analysis, according to Michael Heming.

“We have been observing the property market in Dubai for 20 years,” he said. “Especially in the last five years, we have been impressed and convinced of the opportunities Dubai offers in terms of growth. We are seeing growing interest in the property market in Dubai in Europe and especially in Germany, both for private occupiers and investors. This motivates us to provide our clients from the Fine & Country network with access to Dubai and to offer them a reputable partner with market knowledge they can trust.”

As sub-licensees, both Tillmann Kloss and Asem Bizrah will be focused on recruiting agents and growing the brand’s footprint in the region.

“Our business plan foresees a significant increase in sales agents over the next few years, with each of our sub-licensees driving expansion through recruitment. Our expansion plan will also include a further two sub-licensees in Dubai, and we are open to speaking to potential like-minded individuals who would like to partner with a premium brand,” explained Michael.

Agnes Heming believes that the Fine & Country brand will stand out in the competitive Dubai real estate market through its strategic concept and premium marketing.

“The market is still young, and customers will benefit from an established, service-orientated brand,” she explained.

Starting from Dubai, Fine & Country Dubai plans to develop the broader Arab market. “We already presented our business plan for the entire UAE in London a year and a half ago,” noted Michael, indicating a strategic roadmap for regional growth.

Nicky Stevenson, MD of Fine & Country, commented: “Dubai represents a significant opportunity for Fine & Country to extend its luxury real estate services to one of the most vibrant property markets in the world. We are thrilled to have Michael and Agnes Heming leading this venture. Their understanding of the market, commitment to excellence and passion make them the perfect partners to establish and grow our presence in Dubai. This move aligns with our strategy to expand our global footprint and offer unparalleled services to our clients worldwide.”
