Fine & Country, which already has a strong foothold in East Anglia, has welcomed Fine & Country Cambridge to its network.

Set to launch on 1st March 2025, the Cambridge operation will be led by experienced estate agents Lee and Jane Taylor.

Fine & Country Cambridge will initially operate as a boutique agency run by Lee and Jane Taylor, with plans to expand in the near future.

The couple brings valuable industry experience, having grown an estate agency portfolio in the West Midlands over the past two years. Their decision to join Fine & Country was driven by brand-association.

“Fine & Country is the leading name in premium property sales, known for delivering an exceptional level of service. This was the perfect fit for us, as our vision has always been to provide clients with a seamless, results-driven experience that exceeds expectations,” Lee Taylor explained.

Taylor, who has deep-rooted connections to East Anglia, continued: “Having grown up in this region, I have an in-depth understanding of its people, culture, and unique property landscape. Cambridgeshire is an exceptional part of the UK, and we are excited to showcase its finest homes under the internationally recognised Fine & Country brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide an unparalleled level of service to homeowners looking to sell in the upper quartile of the market.”

Jane Taylor commented: “Fine & Country’s international reach is unparalleled, giving our clients access to an expansive network of buyers that they wouldn’t get with other agencies. The strength of the brand, combined with our local expertise, ensures that sellers in Cambridge will receive the best possible exposure for their homes.”

Jonathan Handford, interim managing director at Fine & Country, added: “We have no doubt that Lee and Jane will make a fantastic impact in the region. Their experience, deep local knowledge, and commitment to delivering exceptional service align perfectly with our brand values. Cambridge is a key market for Fine & Country, and this new operation will further enhance our presence in East Anglia.”
